He was fast, friendly and very reasonable for the repair. We really appreciate that he took care of our repair so well and with such quality work!"

"It went extremely well. Steve was out to my home in 30 minutes and explained what he was doing through the whole process. They used several procedures to find the leak location and then drilled 3 very small holes in the slab to pinpoint the exact location. He said if the the leak is under tile they can usually drill through the grout. That made me feel so much better as I didn't want holes all over my house. It went very well and I will certainly use them again. Called the plumbers and it was exactly where he said it was and my leak is now fixed."

Mr. Wilson promptly diagnosed a leak in the toilet tank water supply line and replaced the line. Everything is in perfect working order now. Better than new. "Kabe and KC arrived on time and quickly took care of the refrigerator water cutoff valve.  Plumbing for the new corner sink and faucet was more complicated.  The crew listened to what I wanted done and went about doing it very professionally.  The price was very reasonable and I was pleased with the result.

"They were extremely thorough.  They rented a special machine to 'scrub' the air and clean out the mold once and for all.  I needed to leave the house for 48 hours and also remove my indoor cats.  Initially they thought my goldfish would be okay so we left  her in the house.  When it was evident that she wouldn't be all right they took her out of the tank, put her in a 5 gallon tank that I had and put her in the safest part of the house.
When they came back a few days later to check how everything was one of the cats got into the crawl space.  I wasn't home and they were worried about the cat's safety.  They waited until she came out even though they had to stay and extra hour or so.
