"We have had radiant heat in our homes for the past 31 years.  My wife loves it but there is a challenge finding knowledgable and honest person to repair and maintain radiant systems.  Many repair persons are available to work on your system but experience has been that many of them either do not understand your radiant heating system or try to sell you whatever to jack up their profit.  I have experienced some of the worst. They had little knowledge of radiant heat but were experts at cost add-ons.
My experience has been that Kevin knows radiant heat and did not inflated the bill.  He has provided firm prices before doing the work, directly answered my questions regarding our system, allowed me to provide parts when I could get a better price on the internet and provided parts from local sources without markups.  I have no reservations recommending Kevin to maintain or repair your system.

"I initially bought a Deal for a furnaces inspection and then requested that they look at our second furnace that we were having issues with. The inspection was completed in a timely and efficient manner. The guys looked at the second furnace and determined what the problem was. They explained what needed to be done, what part needed to be ordered and gave me a reasonable quote for the job. They returned a couple of days later to fit the new part however while doing this they discovered a second piece that needed replacing. This was late Wednesday afternoon, the day before Thanksgiving. The picked up the new part and came on Friday to fit the part for me. I was not charged for any exuberant fee for coming out on a holiday. Both guys were very friendly and professional. I recommend them without hesitation, and will certainly use them again in the future for any plumbing or heating/cooling issues.
