"Called KSM to have 3 items repaired/checked. They came the next morning first thing and got straight to work. CHecked the Stove for a gas leak, everything was great... checked the fireplace for a gas leak or and to get it on, after verifying there was no leak, he recommended a company to repair the electrical portion of the fireplace. 
The shower, he walked upstairs, saw what the situation was and immediately knew what it was. He purchased the part and repaired the shower quickly. It worked perfectly.
KSM is a little more expensive than some of the other plumbers I've used, but the service was excellent and worth the extra bit.

"Miguel was professional and informative. He had to drill through the cement to repair the flange and tried to save my floor tile so I wouldn't have that additional expense. Unfortunately, it didn't work but I appreciated the effort and there was no extra charge even though it took extra time to go back to 'plan A'. He offered several options and suggestions but not in a salesman type way (i.e., buy something else or better that costs more). I will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues!"
