I have a two-car garage and one side the door opener was old and dead and other side I needed the replacement of springs and cables with pulleys for the safety. Allen agreed with me and gave me the good price. We made a deal. He went back to get the parts and Allen & his partner finished the work very efficiently well before 10am. "Overhead Door sent out a representative within 2-3 days of contacting them for an estimate. The representative was knowledgeable, very friendly and also saved us money by suggesting that we keep our existing garage door hardware, track and remote, as they were still in good working condition. I went to the Overhead Door facility on Riverside St./Portland to see the doors available in their showroom. They required a deposit to order the doors. Approximately 6 weeks later, the installation took place. They removed the 2 doors, repaired the existing tracks (now the tracks work better and look much sleeker) installed the new doors, re-programmed our existing car remotes, and walked us through the work that he had completed. I strongly recommend this company.

"Scott gave me an estimate early morning on Monday and then installed the new garage door opener on Tuesday. His price was very fair. I called initially because our garage door was not smoothly operating and because the sensor lenses would occasionally fall out. He diagnosed the noisy operation to be from the garage door itself rather than our old opener. While he was willing to just grease the door, I decided to replace the old opener. No pressure from him!! He replaced it the following day in a little over an hour. He responded to my messaging requests to receive 3 button remotes rather than the agreed upon 1 button remotes. He also worked with me to reprogram the key pad. I have had this unit for less than a day but I am so far very pleased."
