Unlike the others, you could tell that he was the kind of guy who does what he says; shows up; and does a quality job. He did all that and more and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. Todd did more than the projects he was given - he referred the electrician and plumber who also did a wonderful job and having the three of them know one another helped tremendously - as they would communicate scheduling amongst themselves. Todd was also the point person who was there when the granite was installed and found someone to cut and re-size our existing granite. Todd listens to what you want to do; asks all the right questions, provides very thoughtful ideas and solutions. He gets it. He is there when he says he will be; the quality of his work is excellent. He is a pleasure to have in your home; he cleans up as he works and is just a real nice guy. Todd is a skilled craftsman and we highly recommend him and will continue to have him to work as needed on our home."

I almost forgot to mention, the job required 2 days of work because you have to let the adhesive set before grouting. He traveled to our home each day which we found quite impressive. "We called several of the "Gold Star" roofers on the Angie's List website and they were the only roofers that came to our house to give us a price estimate. Of all the other roofers only one other even called us back. The rest never called. We were very disappointed with that. Robert Millard stayed in contact with us from the first call and was easy to contact throughout the whole project. Robert and his crew were all very. experienced, knowledgeable and easy to talk to and ask questions. Overall they did a great job. The only negative issue was with a chimney cap that we are trying to resolve. I would definitely use them again.

The representative from the company was professional and knew his product but, over $ 14,000 for a tub/shower replacement was way more than I wanted to spend."

Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."
