"We called Bob to do an estimate on our roof. He explained that he had jobs lined up to be completed before ours, but if we sprang a leak, he would come and tarp it immediately. Fortunately, that didn't happen. As it was July, Bob and his helper showed up quite early in the morning to begin work. Bob explained his work schedule, meaning he would take off in the worst of the afternoon heat and return in the evening to continue. They draped tarps around the house to catch errant nails and shingles as they tore off the old roof. We learned that there are certain detailed tasks that Bob does himself, like flashing around a chimney. He is very particular about the quality of his work which we consider a excellent trait in a workman. The roof was completed in a matter of days and the yard was cleaned up. Our roof looks great and we have had compliments from so many of our neighbors. We will definitely call him again!  <br /> <br /> <br />"

"The project was delayed for a few days but that was because we had to tie up loose ends that weren't predicted before the project started. The drywalling guys were very nice and accommodating. The handyman who did the work was able to work within the hours that we needed (no work at night because we have a toddler). The price was the best by FAR which was ideal for a huge scale project like this. We finished the flooring, cabinetry and painting to save money. Fabian, the general contractor, was very helpful in knowing what we specifically had in mind."

"<p>Aaron from von Behren Builder met with us to determine what our needs were and promised to provide an estimate.  He was professional and efficient.  I explained that this was not our primary residence and we were looking for a reasonable priced deck with a couple of different price options (i.e. wood vs. composite).  I received an estimate in a timely manner, however, the estimate was way higher than other estimates I had received and there were no options offered other than the composite material.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>I have been told by others in the community that von Behren Builder has an excellent reputation for the quality of their work, but due to the high cost of the estimate we received for a relatively simple deck replacement, I will not be using their services.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Thank you for the opportunity to provide this review.</p> <br />"
