Dave was a pleasure to talk to and made me feel like I had no worries. Also they quoted the job 400.00 less than many. They were here within an hour of my call and Rob Mondi and his team were just as professional and nice. They explained everything they would do and kept me posted throughout the job. They were always cleaning the floor as they were in and out and had no problem maneuvering the old and new water heater up and down the very narrow staircase that was almost impossible with ease. There were workers outside doing our storm sewers and they hit our gas line while the install was being done and because of this, Rob made sure they called Ni-Gas and explained to me what needed to be done with the heater when Nigas came in the house. "Called Oscar 6-16-14.  Came out 6-17-14; accessed that the sewer pump had burned out; had brought a replacement with him.  He and his assistant replaced it within half an hour.  Charged $60 for service call and $30 for the half hour.  $410 for the pump.  Very genial and neat in their clean up.  Would recommend.

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
