"Sam was excellent. He took out the grout on my tiled patio and re grouted it. He also sealed the surface twice because it is exposed to the elements. He was here on time and went directly to work and explained each step. When he was done he gave us instructions on how long to let it cure etc. I will use his services anytime I need tile work done. He was awesome."

"Eugene is so capable, talented and amazing! He single handedly put all of our furniture out of the way so he can start installing our floor. He removed the toilet to install the floor and FIX OUR TOILET! He then removed our refrigerator, range, and dishwasher ALL BY HIMSELF!! He originally told me he would have my floor done in 5 days but finished in 3 days. Before he left I asked him to give me an estimate for our carpeted area. We will have him install our carpet next. We requested some little things he even went right to Home Depot to help us finish the job. I will highly recommend using Flooring Pro Inc. I give Chuy two thumbs up! My mother said he was always in good spirts, communicated well with her, always on time and left the area he was working in cleaner than it was before he started. "The job was much bigger than I expected - or anyone for that matter - as moisture had caused crumbling of the floor under the carpet along edges and in corners. They worked through the weekend to make up time. Tony himself did a lot of the repair. The carpet that they installed is beautiful and it's so nice to know the floors are solid and safe now. They were more than fair in all pricing, actually coming in slightly less than estimated."

"I spoke with 6 or 7 tile contractors before hiring Jake. The first couple of of people I spoke with was part of the learning process for me. After that, I knew what I wanted to accomplish and what the problems were. I asked Jake to give me some suggestions as to how to solve the problem and he came up with a great idea that I subsequently used. His bid was reasonable and fair. His work product is great-just what I was hoping for. Each day after he left, he cleaned up, vacuumed, folded up drop cloths and left the area as neat as it could be. He communicates well, and although the job was finished a little later than planned, that was due to an error on my part. Nevertheless, he worked late one day in order to get finished. I would highly recommend him. In fact I plan on using him on another job in a few month."
