The owner came out to look it over and told me I didn't really need removal, that treating it twice would take care of the problem without removing any granules from the shingles. He showed up a few days later and treated it. Although I don't see any remaining moss, I am going to follow his recommendation and have him do it again in the fall. The price was quite reasonable and the people were nice to deal with."
