"Pros: He came out the next day as promised and located the water line leak. He dug down and exposed the leak and the tree root causing it. He cut the root away from the line and turned out water off to save us water and money. All done professionally and cordially. Cons: He arrived very late in the afternoon and didn’t have the right size pipe (1 in diameter) to make the repair so I had to have another repairman come out the next day and finish the job."

"It began as a simple unclog a line. Turned into installing new line to run washing machine to the septic tank. It got pretty aggravating but Justin and Matt kept working. Ended up having to unclog the kitchen sink line as well! Justin and Matt didn't stop until everything was free flowing. He honored the quoted price which was half the price from another vendor and involved more work! Would definitely recommend!"

"I had a new roof put on and the roofer put two nails thru the refrigerant line.  A/C went out almost immediately.  Called Moncrief on a Saturday and they were here on Sunday!  The technician thoroughly evaluated the problem because at the time, we did not know it was connected to the roof job.  He found two puncture holes in the line in a place that was not easily repaired. 

I called the roofer to let him know what had happened.  Moncrief coordinated with the roofer to complete the job.  New shingles had to be removed to give Moncrief access to the line.  They ran a new line and had our A/C back on the same day.

The technician that diagnosed the problem, as well as the two technicians that made the repair, were very professional and seemed very knowledgable.  The work was scheduled and done promptly. 

We have used another company to service our system in the past, but with this experience, we will be switching to Moncrief. "
