"I contacted the provider and didn't hear anything back for almost 2 weeks. The provider called and said he would be by the next day and then didn't show up. The following day he came by and gave the bid. Once I got the bid, they didn't show up on the day they said they would do the work and came the following Monday. The actual installers did a great job with the work."

"Went well.  Luis did a great job managing all his workers to coincide with our painters.  Ran into a couple of installation problems, but Luis helped us find a solution within our budget.  Tile and carpet transition was another design issue that were professionally resolved.  My only reservation was that the thresholds were not included in the bid.  I've never known a carpet installation that did not include thresholds.  Small issue since they aren't expensive, just a little odd.
