"My air conditioner stopped blowing cold air on a weekend. I called Manwill Plumbing and was lucky enough to get a technician to come around to look at it on a Sunday for a $50, plus the diagnostic fee. He found the problem quickly - I needed a replacement blower motor and wheel. He explained the issue thoroughly along with what the fix would entail. Then he broke the bad news - they didn't have parts on hand and would have to order them. He apologized and promised Manwill would get them in as quickly as possible and he'd come back to install asap. Given the age of the air conditioner (and previous repairs for it), i was not surprised that the parts would need to be ordered. The technician kept his promise and returned to my house 5 days later to install the parts. He apologized again for the delay, and answered other questions that I had about my AC unit. Ryan did his absolute best to come up with the best solution for the least amount of cost to me. In the end the resolution ended up being a new furnace unit. This gentleman is transparent and honest. He took the time to explain to me why I needed a new furnace. He had the opportunity to cobble my old one together and charge me for labor, but his integrity shined through and he let me know it's not safe, and he's not comfortable doing that.
