"We have been extremely pleased with both the product and customer service at Pacific Garage Doors and Gates. They have been professional, prompt, and we love our driveway gate. It was initially installed in March 2016, they were very flexible and responsive to our design requests, painted the posts at no extra cost, and overall did an amazing job. We unfortunately had some damage/wear and tear occur to the gate and difficulty latching, but they were able to send someone out the same day we called and fix the issue, free of charge. The price is comparable to other companies we looked at/had quotes from, but the customer service and responsiveness have been above and beyond our expectations. They responded immediately, within 2 hours I went from a huge mishap (ran into garage door with surf boards in car) to a fully functioning, repaired garage door! You can barely tell what happened! I found this company because of their Angi offer for 199 spring replacement but found out this does not apply to wood doors which I apparently have, and now I see on the deal, nobody asked me when I called about this deal to confirm this, so I found out at the last minute that it could not be for 199, so I was kinda forced to accept the new price even though I had other vendors that can do it for less because I had to get it done in short order and only learned at the late appointment this was not going to be the price. You know how that feeling goes when you think its one price, and then at the last minute it wasn't going to be that? Horrible feeling. I knocked off one star for that, besides the price, everything else was great."
