"I had a terrific experience with Foundations On The Level. Peter provided terrific insight and took the time to fully explain the issue with my foundation. Peter took care of everything, including setting up the engineer and getting the necessary permits with the city. Although my foundation issue was not a big job, Peter always took the time to properly communicate and made sure my repairs were done properly. The project started and ended on time, which is a big plus. Foundations On The Level is a great and unique contractor because they are professional, communicative, and are not looking to take advantage of you."

"I hired Dalinghaus Construction to install two push Piers for a freestanding column/wall (bad clay soil causing movement). I meet with Kevin to go over the scope of work and he explained everything in detail. The price was the best I can find. Took one extra day to finish the work, but they did not charge me any additional fees. 3 month later, I had a feeling that the column/wall is moving again and call Kevin. He show up in a few days and show me there is no way that wall is still moving and he was right. They are very good at what they do and customer service is the best. Thank you very much."

"We contacted Dave Parker to bid our concrete patio for our backyard. His bid came back comparable to others we had received, however, knowledge and professionalism is what made the difference. His crew was exceptional! They always arrived as expected, and worked with minimal breaks, and they left the job site clean every day. They were easy to work with, and helped us reconfigure some of the sections of the patio to make it more appealing. Unfortunately, our dirt that needed to be excavated was hard as rock - but they were able to remove everything without any extra cost/time. I would most definitely use Parker Concrete for future work."

"This is the second time that I have used this company. First time was over 30 years ago when we replaced an old asphalt driveway that still has no cracks. This current job consisted of demolition of a concrete patio and roof. Super happy with the result. Matt had some great ideas on the layout and design for the new patio. And he and his crew came in and knocked the job quickly. Never had to worry about them showing up to do the job"

"Bought a new home and had it remodeled. I started noticing a lot of cracks in my ceiling and thought the remodel was done poorly only to find out that it was actually a leveling issue due to my house settling. Guess that’s a common issue in Woodland Hills and homes built on slabs. I found sunshine builders and foundation repair on yelp and had them reassess my foundation. They fixed my leveling issue hassle free. Couldn’t be happier."

"Since Insurance would be involved, he let me know this was not a job his company would be able to work on. Adam was very straightforward and courteous. I understood his explanation and appreciated his time. He let me know of a couple extra things to check on, once the insurance claim was started. <br /> I would contact Adam again in the future for work that was not going to be covered under an insurance claim. <br />"

"<p>We chose RL Remodeling from an ad in a magazine and called them. As a result Ben and Eric came to our home, after talking to them for a wile, explaining what we needed to be done in the two bathrooms. They made such a good impression that we decided to hire them, we shook hands, signed contracts and hoped that we wouldn't be disappointed. However, we were surprised Ben, Eric and their team were very professional, very pleasant to work with, always came on time, worded hard, the floors and walls were covered to protect them from harm and dust. Ben and Eric were very helpful with ideas, took us to showrooms and they finished on time with no extra expenses. We love the new bathrooms and recommend them to anyone who has any kind of work to be done in the house.</p> <br>"

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Santa Ana, CA

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
