The project included underpinning the perimeter foundation with more than 20 push piers and replacing approximately 50 crawl-space posts. Problems began on day one. Even after this costly repair, several areas of the house remained unlevel. EagleLift attempted to correct the issue but was unable to do so. The situation worsened after EagleLift became part of Groundworks. Groundworks has failed to respond to my service requests, despite my 25-year warranty being part of the contract. As a result, I had to spend additional time and money to completely replace the portion of the foundation where the issues were most severe.
