"We had a difficult time getting them to return our calls to schedule the insulation, when they finally did put us on the schedule they didn't really stick to the schedule. They kept pushing us back and didn't come when they said they would but they did end up finishing by the end of that same week. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Apparently, they were having trouble with a spray gun when they were there and the worked performed was very sloppy, they missed a few spots and they also sprayed our interior shower wall completely shut so we couldn't get to the valves to hook up the water. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />When we called to discuss our issues it was around 5:30 or 6 in the evening and we were impressed that both the salesman and the scheduler called us back that night to discuss our issues and assured us that they would take care of everything....and they did. The guy that came back to correct our issues did a great job and even cleaned up a lot of the sloppiness from before and made it look a lot nicer. They also cleared the spray foam from the shower valves so we could get the water lines connected. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />So, we did get off to kind of a disappointing start with them but they ended up doing everything that they said they would and definitely came back and took care of any issues that we had so because of that we would use them again and would also recommend them to others. Everyone has problems occasionally, it's how you take care of those issues that matter. <br />"

"I chose this company because they'd done a neighbors' concrete and they were pleased with the experience and the sealant that was used doesn't change the appearance like most do. <br />   When I first contacted them they were booked ahead with big jobs. They could get to me by mid-June, but would fit my job in earlier if possible. They did, several weeks earlier. <br />   They cleaned my driveway, personal walk and patio, public sidewalk, and curb. Special care was given to the highly dirty/mildewed areas. I pointed out some decorative border stones and a repaired area that would be fragile and he took care to not damage those (or anything else).  <br />   They discussed whether the water-based or solvent-based sealant would be better given the age of my concrete (and the tendency to mildew). The solvent-based was used with special attention to those areas prone to mildew. <br />   They kept me well-informed re: what was being done and what I can expect going forward. <br />   I'm LOVING the clean look and also seeing water just bead up on top!! <br />   I didn't give an 'A' re: price, but it may have been competitive re: what I had done and the products/tools used. I hadn't gotten any other prices since I knew I wanted them to do it."

Mauricio, the owner, was extremely responsive and got back in touch with me the same day, gave me an accurate quote and we scheduled a time for him to come meet me at my home to further the discuss the project since he was, indeed, in my price range. He was here on time for our initial meet up and very detail oriented and took the time to listen to exactly what I was wanting with my new cedar fencing. Then, we scheduled the fence install for only about 1 week out and him and his team arrive on time, ready to go and had the fence completed within a half a day. The fence is straight as an arrow and looks fantastic! Exactly what I wanted it to look like and I'm so glad that I hired them to work for me. Professional, reasonably priced and perfectionists definitely sticking to their slogan of and quot;DONE RIGHT, DONE ONE TIME!and quot;! "We had our counter tops installed today and could not be happier with the end result or with any step in the process to get there. Factory Plaza was excellent in every way. They have a wonderful selection of material on hand. Their salespeople are very knowledgeable and helpful. The estimator was also very very good and was able to answer many other questions we had. We only had to wait about seven days from the estimate, till the cut stone arrived for installation. The installers were quick and able to make last minute alterations on the spot. The counters look awesome. The price was right. We recommend them highly, they are well worth checking out."

"It was a rainy Monday, but the company arrived at our home at 8am and waited out the weather.  They walked around the house with my husband and me to note any landscaping that was particularly fragile. (roses, hostas, mums and lilies).  The supplies had already been delivered so the crew got to work.   I didn't know what to expect with noise and mess and although there was plenty of both, the crew was very professional and efficient in their  efforts.    It took about 10 hours from start to finish and with only one rotten board to be replaced.   This was the first roof replacement I have experienced and this company did it right!  The owner was on sight numerous times to ensure everything was going well.  He answered my countless questions and explained what would happen from beginning to end.   I was quite concerned that the crew would never be able to pick up the zillions of roofing pieces, nails, shingles, etc.  However, there was not a scrap of material or nail in sight after they were finished.  They even cleaned out the gutters and the garage!  I would highly recommend Seamless Restoration for a new roof or repair.  They are professional, courteous, efficient and neat.  Extra stars to the employees for stopping to meet our dog who had to inspect everything, snoop in their lunchboxes and insist on being petted. <br />"

"Everything was completed in a reasonable amount of time. At that time of year (March/April) they were very busy with many customers experiencing similar problems due to the excessive rainfall. They probably lost about three days in completing the work due to the heavy demand on their services. hey were very prompt in arriving the first time to set up the equipment to dry-out the basement. I had replaced the sump pump, so the standing water was gone when they arrived."
