"We chose Sami and Sons over 3 other contractors we interviewed with to remodel our bathroom, and we couldn't be happier. After meeting with Abel and Sami himself we discussed a very reasonable cost estimate for the work that needed to be done. Abel even took us out shopping to several tile and home improvement stores to fan our imaginations of what could be possible for our new bathroom. Throughout the entire process the staff from their front office to their onsite project manager Paul were always very responsive and helpful. This was our first major remodel and laborers were very knowledgeable about creating the bathroom we wanted to achieve while keeping up to date with building codes and city permits. Mario and Erick always asked us questions on how we wanted details in the bathroom to turn out. Always gave us suggestions when we were clueless, and always advised us properly when choosing fixtures and other materials for the build. It was very helpful and reassuring that the managers used the BuilderTrend scheduling app so we knew what tasks were to be completed and on what days so my wife and I could plan things ahead of time. There was a miscommunication about the work at one point, but once we were able to talk to the project manager and other managers on the job they were able to resolve the issue very quickly and to our satisfaction. Scheduling work per day could've been more efficient, but overall we loved the results and our bathroom turned out exactly the way we envisioned and we've been loving it ever since it's completion. "Called for an estimate for an older garage door. When he arrived, he would not approach the house I had to get his attention inside his truck. His visit took 20 minutes. He took a very brief look at the door, took a couple measurements, said door is non repairable and was quick to ask for the 70 dollar service fee, leaving me the only option to pay for a full door replacement for 8k with no other solution or even interest in fixing the door. The lady on the phone made it seem plausible you get service fee reduced if repairs could be made. He just did not have any interest or make any effort in repairing the door or reducing the service fee even though he only glanced at it. Quite a hefty fee for 350 dollars an hour for a door assessment. I do not recommend this business."

"The salesperson said they need payment in full before installing and checks only. I trusted him and the company but then they never showed up and they kept my deposits. The installer cursed me out for a mistake on the order that he made and then they never contacted me. The owner has cashed the checks and I sent confirmation of the deposited checks. This place is a scam."
