"Called the Neighborhood Garage Door Service of Houston on 12/7/2015 in the morning around 9am and they advised that a tech was close by and would be at the home within an hour.  Dillon arrived and looked over the springs that went out and advised it would take 30mins to 1hr.  The springs were replacement within 30mins and Dillon took extra time to how to properly maintain the garage door with what kind of product and recommended to replace the rolls to reduce the noise when opening and closing the garage door.

"Came out on a Sunday morning and replaced my garage door springs. Showed up on time, and did the work professionally and quickly. He also adjusted the motor, and moved the mount location for the door spring assembly as it had been poorly installed by the builder. This was done at no extra cost. $250 for replacing both springs is perhaps a bit steep. But it was done on a Sunday morning, and done well. I have no complaints. Thank you!"
