The plumber, Joel Diaz, arrived to my house at the beginning of the appointment window and was very kind and courteous. Joel quickly evaluated the leak, had a plan to fix the leak, and gave me a no pressure proposal and quote. I agreed and he got to work immediately. Joel installed a higher quality valve than what was initially installed and I feel very confident that the valve will hold up a long time.
