Before he left he never checked to make sure we were getting hot water throughout the house. That nite we discovered we only had cold water in the bathrooms. we called him in the morning and he eventually showed up and starred at the water heater. My husband had to tell him he needed to burp the line to get hot water to the bathrooms. The next day I contacted him and t old h I m w e felt scammed and wanted our $400 back. He said no.
