"John and Kevin came and checked the furnace out. All it needed was the pilot light to be relit. Some how or some way it had gone out for some reason and I didn't know. They both were so helpful and polite and I wasn't charged. So nice. If I ever have another problems with the furnace I'll defnitely call them. No repair or replacement was needed...THANKS GUYS"
