The work was good, though we had to have him come back out to repair the latch on the gate he installed. He came out right away and took care of it promptly."

The kitchen that we wanted to remodel, need to includes the cabinets, floors, island, counter tops, hardware, paint and lighting. Our search was for high quality and low quality and reputable construction companies that can service my area. Landmark construction energy crew was the great find that I was able to talk to and hire. First off their service was top notch. They were very responsive from the first meeting we had, patiently and really wanted to know what I’m trying to do in the kitchen. They were in touch with me during the whole work and made sure to provide me with updates regard anything that was complete and what will be next. What I liked most was that they were extremely detail-oriented. I very much appreciated that, especially given the Major scope of my project and plans. The end results were more than I expected. All the low voltage lightings, the special insulation that they used, the extra protection that they installed in the window that I have in the kitchen and more… All of this features improved the energy protection at the kitchen. They followed up with me the following day after all the final documents were signed off by me about the work in order to make sure that I was happy with the final results. I'm happy to mention that kitchen remodeling project was completed a little bit before the due date."

"He gave us a detailed estimate as well as let us know he works alone, so the job would take a little longer than if he had a crew come in to paint.  After the job was finished, we were glad he took the time others don't (and we have experience with those who don't).  He is a perfectionist.  He spent the first two days washing and rinsing walls and woodwork, removing nails/screws, patching, etc.  He is a master at painting and understands that preparation is the key to a beautiful paint job.  He always let us know when he would arrive and when he would be leaving, and what he planned to do the following day.  He kept to schedule and finished when he predicted he would.  He left us with extra paint all correctly labeled so we could use it for touch ups if needed. We could not be happier, and we will never use another painter as long as Gino is in business.  His old school approach to getting everything prepared the right way before starting to paint was something we are not used to in this slap dash work world, and if you hire him to paint your home, you are guaranteed an A+ job at a very reasonable price."

"The staff at Rogall is very professional. Juan, who did all the prep work was very conscientious and kept the construction debris to a minimum. After installation we discovered that several doors had over spray on them.  We contacted the office, and the next day the owner Steve Rogall came to our home . He personally inspected the doors and even sent back 2 others we hadn't noticed. Steve is very involved with the customers satisfaction. When they brought the doors back they looked great. Rogall was slightly higher for their bid, but you get what you pay for. The end product was beautiful and their customer service is great."
