Wow, what a difference. It was immediately clear that trouble shooting is one of Shawn's strong points. He quickly found the root cause, and was able to explain the complex issues in a clear and concise manner that I could understand. Shawn then effected solutions that not only fixed the problem, but improved the electrical operation. His solutions were logical and actually saved us money.
