"I had my appointment with Mr. Harmond W. on May 07, 2022. It was rather easy to set up appointments and the site makes it rather easy to reschedule (which I've had to do). Mr. Harmond W. was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I've read great reviews about his appointments on here. We pinpointed the problem by process of elimination. For my particular model (Whirlpool) he's seen the common water leak issue I was experiencing. Oftentimes, filter housings need to be replaced. Mr. Harmond W. just confirmed my observation and I am glad I may now rectify the issue. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Harmond W. sent me the exact part needed via email . One may shop around at different retailers to purchase the part. Neli also sells appliance OEM parts as well by partnering with other companies. I will be going with another retailer/seller since the price was much lower with a good return policy and a protection plan option as well. For $35, one can't beat that. A diagnostic evaluation alone may range from $150 and up. I was able to pinpoint the problem and order the part. I won't be arranging for an appointment to self-install. One has to know where to draw the line. I will hire someone once I have the part in hand. I already have someone in mind, also referred by Angi. Luckily, I didn't have to do any thing too cumbersome. I gained some handy tools at well. I really liked using the nutdriver vs a screwdriver. So I've added all the necessary tools I need for the appointment to my collection, and they will be handy in the future. Overall this was an optimal experience and I would certainly refer and use Neli in the future. If you are confident in unscrewing/re-screwing, and removing parts of your appliance, I'd say give it a try. NOTE: Also understand that this an all virtual service. An appliance repair professional doesn't not come to your home at no point in time. Neli offers self- diagnostic guidance to determine the issue with your appliances. Neli sends you the part number. You purchase it, and then may opt to make another appointment to install the part. If the task is too difficult, then you may opt to hire an appliance repair professional. It's up to you to decide. This was a special order faucet from Delta purchased about 10 years ago.  I did not locate a model number and therefore, I need to replace the faucet.  Haven't had the money to replace it yet so I haven't called them back to do the work.  I may just have a new one installed by Lowe's since that is where I will purchase the new one.  Assume they will have the appropriate tool.
This provider was very prompt and responsive.  The original person couldn't come, so they called and explained and then sent someone else.
However, I was a bit dismayed that the plumber showed up without a tool that would take apart the faucet.  It was special order, but it's a standard Delta that is fairly commong these days.

"The handyman, Quinn, was competent and pleasant, but he communicated poorly with the glass supplier.  One broken bathroom window pane needed to be replaced, and an exact match to the existing glass in the other two panes could not be found.  I told Quinn that I might want to replace all three panes so that they'd match.   After he changed out the broken pane, I decided that I did want to change the other two for an exact match. It was only at that point the glass supplier told Quinn he didn't have matching glass in stock, that it had to be ordered.   Therefore a one day job became a three day job while we waited for the glass to come in, and temporary panes had to be put in so there'd be no holes in the house during a weekend away.   When the "matching" glass came in almost a week later, it was not an exact match - this is frosted bathroom glass, and per the handyman, because the glass was from a different lot, some pieces were more opaque than others.   It's my feeling that SOME of the fault lies with the glass supplier and SOME with the lack of communication between Mr. Handyman and the glass supplier.  The job took 3 times as long as the estimate, and my glass panes are NOT an exact match although that is what I wanted.

"It is whoever they contract with. I pay monthly almost $40.00 but it includes both repair and replacement. This is for all appliances. I have a lot of old appliances in my home. I thought I would be using them a lot. I have not had not used them alot. I have 2 furnaces and they did replace one of them."

"Mario was prompt both times. The first time, he even showed up on a Sunday, which was great. I think overall he operated very fairly. He was also cognizant of costs, which I really appreciated. For example, initially we thought the problem would be solved if Mario replaced one of the breaker switches. So he bought one and installed it when he came the 2nd time. Unfortunately, it didn't do the trick. So, Mario put the old breaker switch back in and didn't charge me for the new one. I think that was very fair."
