I agreed to have him do the work and expected to schedule another day to get it done. But no, he was willing to do the work right then. It was my lucky day! (Please note it may not be your lucky day) He had to pick up some parts and supplies and completed everything we had talked about. And this was after fulfilling his day-to-day job responsibilities. I am beyond happy! Ariel was polite and professional. He was even willing to help me with a couple smaller tasks that I was just too afraid to do myself. I could not have asked for a better electrician and I will definitely call him for any additional jobs that may come up!"

"I have had them for 19 years. I have had a number of issues, primarily with my air conditioning systems. It can be really costly to repair, so I have kept my policy intact. They have also made repairs to my microwave oven, my garage door a couple of times, plumbing, and electrical. They are always there for me and have been pretty responsive to get somebody to come out and fix whatever is broken. It can be as quick as the same day or 2-3 days later, it all depends on when I call and what type of service I am asking for. You have to go through a call center and push this and that. The call center could use some improvement. It's like a robo call. Once you talk to a human, they are pretty professional."
