"They were alright.  They were just really quick.  They ran around the house and looked at all the toilets, faucets and water fixtures.  They gave me a brief explanation of what they say as potential issues.  They tried to sell more service or product.  They ended selling us a garbage disposal unit.  It was expensive and the labor was as well.  I paid another $500 on top of the Big Deal to rebuild a toilet and install a new garbage disposal.  They just replaced the gasket on the toilet.  They replaced something on the water heater as well.  We had a few leaks after they left."

"The initial contact was made expeditiously, they called to confirm my appointment. They let me know who would be showing up, and that I would receive a call when they are 5 minutes out. That was exactly what happened. My HVAC specialist Taylor was very professional, he explained exactly what he was going to do and why. He got my air back on, cleaned my system, and explained what the problem was. He also explained that I should get a part replaced in the near future, because there is a short in it and is what needed to prevent the air from going out again. I would have had the part replaced today, but this service call cost a little more than I was expecting and I would have to wait to have the part replaced until my next pay day. The cost of the repair was the only thing that prevented me from rating this a straight 5.0, but I wouldn't let that stop me from highly recommending Aire Serv or hiring them again. Because as I stated they were very professional, honest and I was very satisfied with the service I received. And I appreciate these aspects above all others."
