Chris promptly arrived at my South Tampa home and tried to fix the old unit, researching the parts, etc. but it was outdated. He discussed on the alternatives, features, and arranged to dismantle the old and replace it with new one. Appreciated his very professional, honest approach. His assistant, Mike, arrived and efficiently replaced the old with new, battery powered unit. Completely satisfied with this company and the results as well as their “can do” attitude. "

"Installation and installator were very professional. However 2 weeks later the lift developed a bump in the folding rail and the chair pitches for ward. Had to call twice for customer service. Person came spent 5 minutes, did not even ride the chair and said I’m sorry that’s just the way it is and left. Next time I won’t be in such a hurry and do my homework. Customer service can make or break a company. I’m not sure I would recommend this company, I STILL NEED MY CHAIR FIXED. Debra Tattan"
