"On Saturday evening 11/4/23 I notice our home toilets were both backed up, and other drains in the house slow to drain. I searched the net and found on Angie List the listing for NEXT PLUMBING 24/7. Called them 9:30 PM. They answered and advised they were on a call-out and would it be OK to come to the house Sunday morning, I agreed because the toilet & drains were slowly draining. 8:30 AM Sunday morning received a call from OWEN he is on the way. He arrived within 10 minutes and diagnosed the issue. OWEN explained thoroughly the work he performed. He was professional and very pleasant. I will definitely call NEXT PLUMBING again and request OWEN when a plumbing problem occurs."

He inspected all sink and tub/shower drains and valves, the sump pump, hot water heater, and main water shutoff. He explained any possible problems that could be changed. He was pleasant and helpful. "They did a great job in getting here 3 times, very quickly each time, upon my contacting them. I initially used their $39.00 annual tune up deal offered thru Angie's List. David was very nice and informative. He identified the 2 possible problems that could have caused the unit to not perform. He sat the unit up with a new digital display unit after eliminating the internal motor's mal-functioning. The unit ran OK for a few days before I noticed that the water was collecting in the salt container. They sent a tech here quickly to find out what was wrong. The tech reworked the pipes in order to find out what exactly wasn't working properly. On the third call, David knew exactly what the 2nd culprit was and fixed it quickly. It was a blockage in the piping inside the salt container caused by a copper piping that had been used by the installer of the unit at the new address. This copper piping should have never been used by the installer. The installer was someone my realtor had recommended who wasn't licensed and both the realtor and the installer had lied to me and now they are being pursued by law enforcement. The fact that Ecowater and David are able to get here and rectify the problems quickly has allowed me to fix the water filteration system quickly and be able to include their reports in my evidence against the unlicensed plumber who posed as a licensed plumber and caused my damage to various areas of the house I bought from the realtor. I would recommend Ecowater Systems to everyone. They are quick and reliable and fair.
