"American leak detection sent a technician out within an hour of calling. Ron was the technician they sent, he was excellent, very professional, explained what and why he was doing the testing he was doing, leak was found. Est for repairs seemed reasonable. We will definitely be using this company in the future and for the repairs now"

"The final result is amazing! We have a beautiful "new" pool with a gorgeous water feature, and couldn't be happier. Congratulations to the entire team at Aqua Doc for a job well done. We'd especially like to thank: -Mike, our salesperson, who followed through and checked in all throughout -Matt, the designer, who understood my vision and didn't think I was crazy -Jimmy and the team, who took the design and made it happen with professionalism and expertise -the team at the office who fielded all my calls and questions -Shawn, the pool system tech who got us up and running so we can enjoy our pool"

"Very smooth. Bulletproof pools was very prompt in responding to my request. I was very pleased with the service provided. They were extremely knowledgeable about all systems involved in swimming pools."

"The whole process took about 30 minutes. Check the whole system and added 80 lbs of salt. Updated the water and salt contains and rearranged the hard water percentage, to provide a softer water output. The serviceperson was on time and double check the system. He was very knowable and professional.

"LCD readout on the heater did not work and hence I never knew what temp the heater was trying to reach.  Paul offered me the option of a used part at half price or a brand new one at regular price.  I now can set the temp of the water without guessing, and don't have to turn the heater off when the water becomes too warm.  Visiting family is happy.
I asked Paul about the pool pump as well.  He gave me advice on when to replace it, but did not try to find more work himself, or expense for me.

Jimmy and his great staff came in and immediately attacked the algae problem in our pool.  He replaced the filter that the previous company should have replaced long ago and started treating the problem.  He called or sent someone to treat the pool every day, because he knew that we were eager to get the problem cleared up.  And clear it up they did -- the pool looks great.

Jimmy and his staff have a thorough understanding of the chemistry of treating pool water and that is difficult for some companies who cannot treat a saline (slat water) pool.  You will be in great hands with this company.  It would be impossible for anyone to provide better service.

"Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and showed up the next day to fix all my issues. I will only call him for any repairs in the future. Thank you. Andrew"

"Tim arrived, was very friendly, performed services rapidly. He informed me of the poor quality of the new water & recommended (with no pressure) a water filter or softener to correct the problem. Tim was outstanding!"
