Rodney called to ask some questions, gave me an estimated price and time. Rodney was great to talk to and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Rolando arrived a little early which was great. He figured out what needed to be done and gave me an estimate which was within the range mentioned and started working. It took an hour to complete. Rolando went over what was done and why. I was extremely impressed with Rolando, he was courteous, informative and did a great job installing the water heater and bringing everything up to code. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Better Water Heaters again."

"Water Heater Masters were top-notch! I called on a Saturday afternoon - they were available 9am Sunday morning to come and inspect and quote. They only had one guy working that day, but scheduled me for Monday morning between 8 and 9. At 8:15am I got a call with an ETA of 8:45, which was a really nice touch! Despite telling me it would take an entire day to install, they were done by 1pm. They also found some creative ways to do the install to avoid drilling through my stucco (for the exhaust vent and for the condensate run-off). Very professional and clean-looking install. These guys may not always be the cheapest around, and they recommended a top-of-the-line heater (which is what I really wanted anyway), but I'd much rather pay a little extra for that level of service and support. My house is built kind of complicatedly and the water heater isn't located in the most accessible place, but they were able to make it work. Not only that, but Eugene found me a new tankless water heater that would also work with my radiant floors - not only saving cost, but space as well. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. They came back multiple times to make sure work was up to par - never half-assing anything. "I noticed my water heater leaking late in the evening (Saturday night), and Sunday morning I reached out to Angie's List for a water heater replacement. I set my expectations that it probably wouldn't be attended to until the work week, but Jesus for Jess Plumbing responded within minutes. Checking with some of the big box stores, Jesus had extremely reasonable pricing that included the purchase of the water heater, labor for removing/installing, and hauling away the old one. After confirming pricing, he was at my home with the new water heater in hand within the hour. Once he arrived, he had a very warm and open attitude as he broke down all the steps that we'd be going through. he was very knowledgeable with the alternate methods of electric or tankless, and gave the pros/cons should I decide for an upgrade in the future. Throughout the install, I enjoyed our conversation very much and he didn't mind that I hung out in the garage while working on other projects. He moved with the intention that only comes with years of experience, deliberate and precise. When we had to shut off the water he communicated that ahead of time knowing that my family could possibly have a need to access it. Overall the whole process went incredibly smooth and would not hesitate to hire him again or to recommend him to a friend."

"Excellent co-ordination by the office. Lady set up a visit by her field worker - he showed up on time to evaluate the problem. He needed a gasket to fix the problem but had to get one at a supply store. Because he took longer to return then planned, he reduced the price by $30 and threw in a water pressure check as well. Oh, the gasket did fix the leak. Excellent job by all concerned."

"Lalo and his team did a great job! Aaron came first and I showed him one leak near my water heater and he went directly to Home Depot and immediately fixed that problem- just as a good faith measure. Then Lalo came and the two of them talked with me about what needed to be done with several options. They gave me an estimate and I said yes. Within an hour we had three of his team working on opening up access to the areas that needed work and procuring materials. I tried to keep ahead of them moving furniture and garage stuff out of the way ( they would have done this if I hadn?t been available to do it). While they were here my wife decided she wanted some fixtures replaced and they discovered some other drain leaks and slow drains. He and his team took care of everything and would have done more if requested. Polite and helpful. They tore into the walls and ceiling to get access and they patched up and painted so you wouldn?t know anything had been done. Would I use JVM again? YES"
