"Mike and Brian came to the house exactly when they said they would. The main sewer drain was clogged. The assessment of the issue and more importantly the advise was so helpful and honest. We would highly recommend and plan to utilize their service in the future!"

"I hired Mr. Rooter to replace my bath fixtures due to the poor quality of the installation from previous owners. John found the fixtures I wanted at a discount and took the time to explain what was needed to be done and the overall costs. I gave Mr. Rooter a 4 on Customer Service since they were a little slow on getting the estimates to me and had to be asked twice. I will be using Mr. Rooter for all my plumbing going forward. Their attention to detail and quality is outstanding. They may be a bit more expensive then some but you know the job is getting done right the first time and can have confidence they will stand by their work."

"Hired Alvin to replace a toilet, and unclog sewer line, couldn`t have chosen better. Very friendly, flexable, pays attention to every detail. did a great job. Honestly, you won`t find a better man for any kind of plumbing needs. will only use Al from now on."

"Line cleared & correct advice given to call town to clear/jet town side of line. Works great now."

"It went really well. They were the 3rd plumber I called. The first two said I had to tear apart all this wood in my house to repair it, and couldn't even find where the leak was coming from. Drain-O-Matic Plumbing & Drain Cleaning put a little mirror down by the tub and found the leak. He came out the same day and fixed it within half an hour. Another plumber was here for two hours and wasn't able to fix it."

"Dan was outstanding, punctual, pleasant, knowledgeable and worked with me explaining everything and used the sump pump and backup system I already had. He cleaned up and removed all of the old plumbing materials. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services."
