While they worked hard each day, they were still most accommodating of our needs as homeowners. They moved their equipment several times so that we could be on time for personal commitments, they worked quietly and efficiently (except for the sounds of their equipment, we would hardly have known they were here), and when they were finished, they carefully cleaned our basement before their departure. We enjoyed our experience with Tim, Dan, and Ty, and we’re well pleased with the work they did. "

"To begin, I couldn’t be happier with the way my new deck came out. My wife and I had to install a new 30’x15’ above-ground pool after the old one and old, wooden deck around it fell apart after 20+ years. With the new pool, we obviously needed a new deck and decided to bite the bullet with the $$ and go with a Trex deck for a myriad of reasons. Ian (project manager) stopped by sometime in February to take a look at the site in my backyard and understand our vision. He absolutely crushed it with what we had in mind including the color scheme and overall feel and size to it. Once the project got started in June, Ian and his crew (of great, respectful & hard-working dudes) laid out the basic foundation quickly so I was able to approve the overall dimensions and placement in no time. From there, we just sat back and watched as the crew did precise and detailed work daily. It was about 2 weeks until it was all said and done. Our friends & family that have stopped by since continue to rave about the deck and asked who we hired. Also, Joe the owner came around a handful of times and he is another super nice, down to earth and respectful guy. Great decision all around going with this company."

"<p>I have been trying to get a basement contractor to waterproof my basement for several years and had problems with 3 other companies (inaccurate estimates, trying to sell products rather than fix problems, no shows for appointments or worse giving quotes which said installing a catchment system to let water run into perimeter drain rather than fix the leak was a good solution???). </p> <p>From the day I contacted Greg (Aug.8th) until the work was competed (Aug. 28th) I found both Greg and Jason to be totally professional and responsive. They listened to the problems I had and came up with a price quote in 2 days This price quote was for a total solution (interior basement and exterior drainage).</p> <br /> <p>Kinetic did provide a total solution to the problem, Since the repairs I have not had a drop of water. "The problem was with my sump pump & backup water sump pump; the backup sump pump was running constantly & when it shut off a loud thud was heard upstairs in the house. The day after I called Nick he came & expeditiously provided an estimate of work to be done. The existing sump pump needed to be replaced therefore the backup pump was running & the check value was slamming when the pump shut off. Nick installed a new pump and repaired leaks to the backup pump &installed a new quiet check value. After the work was completed in one day, Nick meticulously cleaned the work area. I am very pleased with the work Nick did and would highly recommend him to others"
