Jerimey Jackson came out and looked over the situation and then put me on a conference call with the owner. They agreed to match the quote I received from the other company even though it was seriously underbid. They are a great company to work with. Arthur Parham took his time to effectively diagnose the problem and inspect the entire furnace to identify any other issues that could potentially cause a other problems in the future.  His patience and professionalism were both refreshing and reassuring because the company that I hired beforehand only inspected the furnace for approximately 15 minutes and quoted me a bill for $1,025.00, which included the replacement of the mother board, various/multiple sensors and blower motor (i.e. the main Fan that blows the heat/AC throughout the house).
