"Once started the work was done quickly. The original scope of work for concrete finish was changed at my request to use exposed aggregate making the pad look like one single pour. Wow, looks great, money well spent. Gable roof with cathedral ceiling and finishes match perfectly. Looks like it has always been part of the house. Light landscaping was also provided to repair lawn from construction damage. This was done by the contractor without charge or my request. There was a small leak that the contractor repaired after several trips. This was resolved to my satisfaction. The point here is the contractor took responsibility and returned until this was resolved. We love our new patio, it’s perfect!"

Don is very professional and was very kind and empathetic as I had lost my husband right after we had made the plans to have a new deck built. My daughters have said ?Dad would really love it? and I know he would. We love our new deck now and can?t wait until spring when we can really enjoy it. For now we will enjoy as many fall nights as possible. Don will be installing a new sliding door for our deck in a week or 2 and adding gates to keep our Puggle and the grandbabies safe. "I hired George Hunt to build a Trex deck last year. He was professional about estimates and issues with the build. I needed a dog ramp for my dachshund since the deck is over 5’ high . George worked with me to design a highly useful, yet attractive integral dog ramp to my backyard. His crew was courteous, helpful and worked very well together. The lumber needed for the deck was high quality, as was the decking material. I was impressed with the careful work they did and with the results. I love my new deck and have used it for most of the seasons. I love the views I have from the deck. My dog also enjoys the views and the cleverly constructed ramp. I am so glad I hired George to do the job."

"They installed a patio cover over my deck. Overall, very good. The cover is great and looks extremely nice. Had it not been for a few glitches along the way this would be a 5 star review. Those issues included the time frame of when I signed the contract and that the work was actually done. The contract was signed in May and work was not done until August. I was told it could be done in 3-4 weeks and understand that the rainy early summer did play a bit of a role, but 3 months was a little too long. They did not submit the application for the work permit until July which caused an additional delay. There was also a miscommunication about the install date and they showed up a day early. All that being said, I would use them again. The workmanship seems good, the product is excellent. I did have a leak in it after they installed, and they came out promptly to fix it. I did and still do have one other concern about a stream of water dripping down the corner of my house from the corner of the patio cover (that incidentally hits the lower gutter and is an annoying drip sound) and I called about it and was told its not a problem and that the water will dissipate into the ground. Not sure I like that answer, as gutters and downspouts are intended to move water away from the home because water dripping directly next to the foundation is not recommended and can result in water entry, mold and dampness. So I have to either put a bucket there to catch water or a splash block."
