"We had a great experience with Classic Builders. We needed a tear-down of a single car garage and the associated concrete and concrete slab to be redone. We purchased a 2+ car garage and additional parking slab for our small lot in the City of Milwaukee. Ryan was prompt and detailed with the estimate. The final cost did not fluctuate. The tear-down guys were lightning fast - we didn't even notice they were there. They came on a Sunday morning and were done within 2 hours. The cement was poured shortly after the tear-down and completed to our specifications - my husband sometimes parks his semi in the driveway, so we expressed our concern that the thickness of the concrete be able to handle the weight of his truck. We've had no problems so far. The structure was built, with the whole project being completed in about 3 weeks. We initially decided to use Classic Builders after our neighbor had such good things to say about their experience. They lived up to their reputation. We've had numerous compliments from other neighbors and would not hesitate to recommend them. <br />"

"Truly a full-service company - we just had our 6th project completed by Closets by Design last week. Our installer, Jake, did a fantastic job, taking his time to make cut outs for the outlets. When the project was completed, he made a recommendation that we have a trim piece along the desk. Our house is over 100 years old and the floors and walls are uneven (especially in the corner where we had this desk placed). He discussed options, placed the order, and had another tech come out today (the next business day) to install the trim piece. It was the perfect finishing touch and we could not be happier with how this project turned out. We had intiially ordered a desk from a furniture company, but the shelf and drawer sizes were all wrong and some of the drawers didn't open all the way. Closets by Design gave us the option to purchase a truly custom desk."

"The entire project went very well and the crew worked very hard, it was a tough project many other contractors turned down, with much manual labor. The demolition of existing structures and all formwork placed on day one. The next day all concrete was poured, pre-finished, forms removed, final finishing done and site cleaned up. The project was completed in two days, very much to my satisfaction. Markus bid included extra dollars for a pump truck. It was decided to wheel barrel the concrete to to upper portion of the build rather than pump it. As a result much extra labor was req'd and a generous reduction was apply to my invoice."
