"Excellent grout work done in my bathroom. The technician was very professional and was able to address all my questions. I will be using this company for any other tile and grout work needed when I remodel other areas in my home."

"I was told by many contractors that the job I had couldnâÂÂt be done. Lionize came to give an estimate and told me that they could remove the stain on our fieldstone. At one point I honestly believed that I was going to have to replace the stone. Lionize is professional, timely, courteous and knowledgeable. I wouldnât hesitate to have them back. Couldnât be happier."

"AGS was fantastic to work with, from Todd, the salesperson who came to my house, all the way to Luke who delivered a sink grid to replace the incorrect one I originally received. I had contacts with so many of the employees of AGS (Baris, Oscar, Baran, Tiffany, and more whose names I don’t remember) and each one was thoughtful, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Their customer service is top-notch. I had a few minor glitches that were attended to immediately (e.g., the sink grid). I went to the showroom so I could actually pick out my granite stone. It was not a close ride but definitely worth it. The office staff and even the employees in the back with the stones could not have been more helpful. The "showroom" is really nice with lots of granite and quartz to choose from. I LOVE my new countertops, sinks, and faucet. I will definitely be recommending AGS to any of my friends who are in the market for new countertops."

"I received A+ service from Granite Works. I met Bruno Valente, one of the co-owners, on my first visit. He was very friendly and helpful, not pushy like some sales people. The slab I liked the best was marked sold. In a follow up discussion with Bruno, my brother found out that the sister to that slab was available. Bruno gave it a rating of 11 on a scale of 1 to 10, and he was right. Bruno held the slab for a few days until I could get there. Purchased it that day, and he held it for 5 months at no charge. Many companies my brother called on my behalf would not hold a slab longer than 30 days.
When my brother was visiting from out of town, they were kind enough to bring it out of storage so that he could see it. That day, we met Art Rivera who spent considerable time with me us and provided invaluable advice about a new counter I was adding. He also provided other design suggestions on the backsplash and paint color, which I followed with great results. That was an extra bonus I didn't expect. So, if Art gives you advice, you should definitely take it.
The templater, Glauber (hope this is the correct spelling), was extremely detail oriented and communicated well with my carpenter and his assistant. He made a suggestion for the end cap of the new counter and the handrail behind it that made it a true work of
art. Gus Valente (co-owner), with assistance from Eduardo (stone cutter), did a great job of deciding what parts of the stone would go where in my kitchen and fireplace. They have an amazing eye. I was so impressed by their finding parts of the slab in totally different areas that would best connect at the seams. The installers were terrific and that process went very smoothly. I have 2 seams that are barely noticeable. Their work in the kitchen and my fireplace surround was impeccable.
Granite Works exceeded my expectations, and I'm very picky. My counters are a work of art.

"I have a full tile shower in my master bathroom which has
been leaking through the ceiling below.
I have spent the past couple of weeks trying to isolate the leak myself
and had finally thrown in the towel and accepted that I would need an expert on
this one. Based on the Angie?s Lists reviews
I gave The Tile Artisan a call and we chatted on the phone a bit. Paul let me know that shower repairs weren?t
his specialty but could give me a recommendation for someone, but before he did
that he talked through the problem with me.
After explaining what I was seeing he gave me two things to try and one
of those two proved finally that this was a plumbing problem and not a problem
with my tile. I?ll be working with a
plumber soon to fix the problem, so I don?t have a need for Paul?s services
currently, but I will be keeping his number in my phone book for any future
work. Paul was extremely helpful and
friendly on the phone and I appreciate all his help.

"For several years, we’ve been planning to replace our kitchen counters. When Angie’s List promoted a deal offered by Jeffress Stone, we inquired whether this was the deal we’d been looking for. And it really turned out to be, from quality of the stone to craftsmanship to value. First, Jeffress sent us photos of the stones included in the deal. When we realized we couldn’t make a decision based solely on photographs, Jeffress arranged for us to visit their warehouse, where we were treated graciously. But we found something we liked much more than the samples, and feared that the up-sell would bust the deal. But the added cost proved to be reasonable and fair. Both direct contacts were professional and timely. Gary arrived a few minutes early to make measurements and the template, and that process took nearly two hours. As a result, the finished stone fit perfectly. Similarly, the installation crew arrived a few minutes early, and the owner, Dave, followed close on their heels. He was present throughout the entire installation. We were especially impressed by the care with which the crew mixed caulk to match our cabinets exactly for one tricky seam. The crew took care to clean up when the job was done and to make sure we were satisfied with the installation. We’ve received several compliments on the new look in our kitchen and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jeffress Stone."

"We needed to have our house to be restored in a short period of time. I called several companies, and among all people I spoke to, Anthony was the most responsive and punctual. He provided the estimate without any delay, and also the time his crew would take to finish the work. And he really finished it on time. The restored wood floor looks beautiful."
