"I rank Landson Construction #1 in the list of contractors we have hired in our 40 years of home ownership. Ari and his team of subcontractors recently completed a challenging remodel of one of our bathrooms--challenging because it is a very small area with limited space. Their finished job looks better than our separate remodel of a larger bathroom completed by one of the big firms that advertises daily on television. Examples: the tile work in our small shower is exceptional, and the vanity/oversized sink is a perfect match that does not dominate the small room. Ari Erickson (no relation to me) offered selections from his preferred vendors, but we had full latitude to shop on our own for all tile and fixtures. He and his subcontractors kept us fully apprised at all stages of the project, arrived promptly throughout the course of the work, responded promptly to our texts and emails, and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. My highest recommendation: I always seek at least four bids for a major project, but I would forego that process and hire Landson Construction again for future building/remodeling projects, and would encourage friends and family to do the same."

They helped us really visualize what we could do with the space and helped us through all the major decisions with guidance on what would look good based on my own interests and style. The crew that worked on the house was great too! They kept to the general timeline and communicated well. (My friends all said to expect a lot of delays when it comes to any remodel project, but it was completed in just about 7 weeks from demo to finish!)"

"Project of demo old deck and build a new to the same plan did not get started until late November. There were periodic weeks during the winter that did not allow for any work. The company owner/manager(Ivan) kept us informed of the status. The quality of workmanship was very good and followed the city inspection. Project that was over 15K came in at the bid price."

"Added a new deck to a 24 year old house. They worked well with me. Each step of the way, they communicated well. Despite being the end of the season, they were able to complete it. Looks great, no cost problems. I watched them closely and have done lots of projects myself. Very pleased and would hire them again."

"We hired Enerjac to build an addition and kitchen remodel in October, 2024, and are still waiting for project completion in November, 2025. Far from having a "tradition of excellence," we found Enerjac to be deceitful, manipulative, and incompetent, with problems ranging from failure to contain lead dust to leaving holes in the exterior wall wide enough for a man to fit through in mid-winter. Communication was terrible, and our emails since mid-October, 2025, have gone unanswered, despite lingering issues like a non-functioning radiator and a cracked conrete stoop, both of which they installed. The project was plagued by delays and excuses. The structure was not built to the plan or specifications, for which we requested (and were denied) compensation. I would not recommend this company and do not plan to use their services again."

Beto and his crew were wonderful to work with. Their work was thoughtful, high quality, and done with attention to detail. We are so happy with the result. "

"This wasn't a very good experience across the board. Long lead time to start the project. Was pushed back 3 times before they started with very, very little advanced notice (night before). Horrible communication and the owner is flat out not a pleasant person to deal with. Very rude and unresponsive. Was not impressed one bit with pretty much anything they did. Price was too high for quality and they just flat out don't care about your happiness with the end product. You can tell just by the way they handle things. Look elsewhere!!!"
