"Greg and his employees did an amazing job!! From start to finish it took three days and if you had saw our crawlspace I didn't think anything could be done. Our crawlspace went froma dark, dank, moldy, snake infested, armadillo incubator to a space that is as clean and seems as hygienic as a hospital operating room. I would not go anywhere near our crawlspace before and now have no issues crawling anywhere I want or need to go under the house. they even went beyond by adding some lighting and fixing our airhandler so it didn't drain under the house anymore. "Alpha Omega Waterproofing company did an excellent job on my siding. They removed a large area of the old cedar siding with the Hardie Cement Boards. Also, replaced some of the fascia boards and trimming. Johel and his team were very detailed in their work. They showed up on time and worked long hours and they did great job with their clean-up. "Sears' package of services allowed me to worry very little because they coordinated all the trades. Sears has a longstanding reputation for standing behind their products, something I had not found to be true with other contractors I had used in the past. Thecarpenter/job coordinator who did the refacing work was wonderful to work with, making minor modifiations as necessary to fit my needs.  I had not originally intended to purchase new appliances, but Sears offered me such a great discount that I added a new cooktop, double ovens (which required some cabinet modifications), and a dishwasher, which were installed by the carpenter.  He also coordinated the quartz countertop and flooring installations. All of the work Sears did was well done and professional. After the job was completed, I noticed that a door in the den that had to be cut off to accommodate the new flooring was a bit rough, and they sent the carpenter back to fix it within a week. I was somewhat concerned that I would not like the laminate used to reface the wood cabinets, but it has turned out to be very attractive, more durable than wood, and easy to clean.  No one can even find the seams in the quartz countertop or the Congoleum flooring, so I feel that their workmen are very experienced and skilled. I not only would recommend Sears to others, I would use them again for other work."
