"Response to my query was immediate. Husband and wife team, Gisele and Amir, came out to the house and wrote down all the things I needed done around the house. The jobs were many and varied and ranged from replacing basement windows, to creating backing for my lower kitchen Lazy Susans (so things don't fall off in oblivion), to staining a deck railing, to repainting basement and outside concrete walls, to reglazing and caulking windows, to creating a trap door for the plumbing, to sealing off/covering some dangling electrical wires, to patching a hole in an inside wall, and more. I got a full 4-page written quote ahead of time and was satisfied with it so I had them begin work right away. I left the house for a few days to go on a business trip and when I came back ALL of it was done and everything was cleaned up. There was only 1 thing that needed a bit more work and Amir came back and did this as soon as we could get it arranged. I liked their work ethic and professionalism so much that I have hired Gisele and her cleaning company to do my monthly housecleaning. We've had one cleaning so far and it was done well. Gisele speaks both English and Portuguese and will do translating when necessary for Amir and her cleaning staff. I am having fun learning some Portuguese words, too! They are delightful, easy to correspond with, up-to-date with technology (you can text and Venmo them), and I will continue to use their services."

Once the job was started they came every day until completed (approx. 7 days) Each day they cleaned up after themselves and always told us when they would arrive the next day. We did not have a new toilet installed so we always had a functioning toilet. A second shower/bathroom in the renovated basement provided for shower needs.11"

Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. "Full reimagining of a 1920's colonial being used as an illegal 3-family. With bruce, jay and the whole kba team, we converted the 2nd and 3rd floor into a 2 story town home. The true value in working with kba is the quality of craftsman they employee. Their finish carpenter is a consummate professional and daily impressed my wife and I with his skill and expertise. The entire third floor was ripped down to the studs and re-laid out to create an open Coastal Corttage interior design dream space. "Northeast Remediation performed deleading on my home, involving replacement of windows and the garage door. The house passed re-inspection for full compliance as soon as they were finished. The only issue was that they had problems getting one of their suppliers to provide a custom sized replacement garage door in a timely manner. This delayed fully completing the job by about a month while they found a different supplier. However, they were generally very responsive with communication and the work quality was good so I would not hesitate to use them again."
