"I was having problems with the toilet not flushing right and found out the tank was not pumped in 10 years. Called Barbosa and had it pumped and the lines cleaned out. Mike discussed some of the problems I might have and we decided to replace the old (cast iron ) lines as there was most likely a break in the line some where. he returned 2 days later ( right after New Year ) with a back hoe and dug up and replaced the old lines with PVC. there were a few obstacles with the job but he was Very professional and knew exactly what to do. He kept me informed the whole way threw the process. by afternoon the job was completed and working great. he even fixed another smaller line that was a problem. the price he quoted was what he charged even with the extra work. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Barbosa to anyone needing work. Thanks again the Barbosa for a job well done !!!!"

"We were walked through the products and installation as well as the benefits of a heat pump. The install was done in one day. Very quick and efficient. We've had the units running for about a month and they are awesome. We're very happy with our decision."

"flooding in my area caused about 2 feet of water to come into the lower part of my home and had damaged everything and the septic tank alert alarm system had failed and I did not know if my septic tank was pumping or not because of so much water on the property. After the waters had drained off outside and mostly out of the house, I called John Gmelch for help. John was very professional, knowledgeable and polite he came right away and checked my septic tank outside and tested my septic tank alert alarm inside and found the trouble was the septic tank alert alarm had burned out and he replaced it at a reasonable cost and now it operates prefect. Take my advise put John Gmelch as #1 on your list, I highly recommend him. Thank you John."

"Professional and courteous office and on site staff (Operator). The Operator explained in detail the work to be performed and answered all questions without hesitation. The company provides equipment that prevents damage to lawn/property, and the costs were reasonable. My only recommendation would be for the office staff to mention the charge to dig up the septic cover up front. The Operator was thorough and mentioned the charge before starting the work. I definitely would not hesitate to use Avalanche Septic Services again for any of the services they provide."

"I hired initially Gilroy to build my septic system and the foundation of a new modular house. I was so happy that I gave them a bunch of other jobs that came up including electrical and building a deck. They were very good about giving me an estimate and sticking to it. They moved the job along at a very rapid rate. They coordinated third parties like the the utility company and the well driller so the job would all come together nicely. Gilroy had a strong back office to deal with all the planning, permits and inspections. The back office part of the work is not to be underestimated in importance because the job can not move forward without the proper paper work for the local government. Gilroy was very good about presenting me with various options along the way and letting me pick. They were also very good about steering me away from unnecessary expenses. On top of all that they were also very friendly."
