"They come to the house to show me samples of the products before they’re installed so ensure I am happy. The cabinets have this coating that do not allow for the stains to be etched into the materials, no stains makes cleaning them a breeze! So many different designs and very very in depth facing for the cabinets as well. The salesman was very knowledgeable, and finance was a breeze with @Enerbank. So I was extremely pleased with the process to say the least. They do offer granite and so many other amazing offerings, the backsplash selection has me in an oasis of possibilities, needless to say it was a very fun meaningful and exciting experience. I got phone calls emails and returned calls after 10AM, because I hate the 7AM calls so much! All and all please consider them as your 1 stop shop!!!"

"Other than promises made by the sales person that weren?t done, we?ve had a few issues after install. One of the shower doors has a gap on the bottom causing water leakage on floor. The grab bar shelf protrudes out making the space too narrow. My elbows hit into the shelf and bar on the shower door when showering. Floor was installed with no new threshold or mounding which were we told by salesperson that everything will be replaced."

"JSD properties did a great job fixing/finishing work in our basement bathroom. The owner Jeff gave us a detailed quote in a timely manner. He was easy to communicate with. They arrived on time as scheduled for each day of work. They were polite and respectful of our property. We liked that they were professional and when they came to work, they worked (no waisting time). They also cleaned up which we appreciated. The plumber and electrician were top notch! All the work was done in the time frame they gave us and Jeff was on site to supervise and check the work throughout the process. At the end, there were a few minor details we wanted them to tweak, and they took care of it quickly and efficiently. The finished product was exactly what we wanted. "We live in a prewar coop building in Manhattan and were in need of a kitchen, living and dining room/den renovation. Because of the limitations in our building, we were not optimistic that many changes could be made that would dramatically alter the feel/function of the space. Inson Wood proved us completely wrong. With his architectural eye and his impeccable design aesthetic we (and everyone who has been here before and after) experiences our apartment as an entirely different living space. Even family members are shocked at the transformation. I think that what Inson accomplished was the product of a few significant factors. First, Inson asks you what you want and seriously considers how you live. If Inson thinks that different approaches should be considered for what you want, he provides renderings of each option so that you can easily visualize and imagine them. Ultimately, Inson respects your preferences and works with them, elevating them to a level far above what you had imagined. Inson uses the highest quality vendors (whom we NEVER would have found) and expertly guides you through choices (note: follow his recommendations!!!)- our walls would never have had dimension and our kitchen backsplash never have been so unique (two examples) if not for the artisans that Inson uses. Inson is also willing to have you be as much or as little involved in the process as you want to be. I did go with Inson to choose many pieces of furniture but realized after a certain point that his taste point made me confident in him choosing much finishing work (ex: window treatments, decorative cushions, which I love) without me. As with all design work, there are always glitches and Inson was extremely responsive and responsible for taking care of those as they came up. We are nothing less than thrilled to come home each evening and enjoy our space, which feels like a luxurious retreat perfectly tailored to us."
