"The owner of this company went above and beyond helping our family. With our oven they ordered and put in our part quickly and efficiently, with our dryer. He was able to diagnose our dryer over a video that we sent him. He ordered the part and put it in. Our dishwasher had some broken clips, we sent him the model number and he had the parts shipped to our house and my husband was able to quickly fix. Above and Beyond, Knowledgable and Efficient, would recommend this company to everyone!"

"I discovered water leaking from the kitchen faucet Sunday, water was pooled under the sink. I called and left a message Sunday afternoon. I got a call from the scheduler at 7:47 the following morning. The scheduler promised a plumber would show up between 10-2 and he would call before he came. He called at about 11:30, was there 15 minutes later, spent about 10 minutes to fix the problem, then showed me what the problem was and what I can do if it happens again. He was nice, professional and tolerant of my curious cat. I believe the problem was resolved within about 12 hours of my original call, and I didn't even request emergency or priority service. I was very happy with how it went!"

"They were able to schedule an appointment within a week of my call, and Chris (owner) and his son did the work. They were prompt, professional, and meticulous about cleaning up their work areas. Before leaving Chris told me if there were any problems with what they fixed to let me know. As it turns out the toilet still leaked after the first visit so they came back promptly on a late Friday afternoon free of charge and got it taken care of. They also quoted an estimate on replacing laundry room sink and were willing to perform that "while you're here could you look at....." work as they had the time. I called Jim in a panic.  I explained that the crew from a tree service  just left our house, having cut through our chain link fence in two places to remove three small weed trees from our yard.  The problem was, that fence separates our yard from our neighbors' yard -- and their two dogs, who would be running around the yard in about six hours. 

I desperately wanted that fence fixed before they got home.  I told Jim my story, and he promptly called one of his project managers, who left a job on the other side of town to come over and fix our fence.  I couldn't have asked for better work or a nicer guy to do the repairs.  "

"My freezer went out in the middle of the week, and after calling a couple of other places, I was pleased to find that SOS could send someone out as early as the next day.  The repairman was prompt, professional, and concise.  I noticed that he took his shoes off at the door without me asking, which I (and my hard wood floors) appreciated.  It was about 30 minutes worth of work, which he completed in 30 minutes.  I also appreciated the $20 instant discount for being an Angie's list member.  
I intend to call them again with any appliance issues in the future.
That being said, I rated price a B, not because it was high, but just a really small thing I'd like to see improved for the future. Up front I committed to a diagnostic fee in the event I did not accept the service ( which makes perfect business sense and provides assurance that I'm a serious customer), but the repairman quoted me a price ( only verbally) that perhaps came from his computer or his experience, but I think I would have felt a bit of assurance myself to have seen a listing of prices next to services. Again, small thing, I'd still recommend SOS to anyone."

"Washer broke late Friday afternoon. I called them and had the option of Friday after 4 pm or Saturday morning. I chose Saturday. Repairman came on time, but it turned out it was cheaper to buy new than repair it. I would definitely call them again. Very knowledgeable and honest."
