"5 stars for Cristian and R&J Preventative Maintenance!!! I was very distressed, because my refrigerator stopped working suddenly. I contacted R&J and they sent Cristian to help me. I cannot say enough about him! Not only was he prompt, professional, efficient, and highly effective in the performance of his job, he also took the time to educate me on my refrigerator and how to avoid future problems. Cristian knows what he's doing and was a joy to work with. Kudos to his customer service :) The next time I need support with my appliances, I will definitely be calling R&J again and requesting Cristian!"

"On time and professional. Very knowledgable. I will use again if any problem with appliances"

"James is just perfect as a handyman/electrician. He was timely, reasonable and knowledgeable. He came up with solutions when problems arose and did not change the estimate on me at the last minute like some. When James left all the electrical work I requested was done, everything was cleaned up and worked perfectly. If you are in Northern IL/Southern WI, James is excellent!!"

"Tom was prompt and thorough, and worked tirelessly to do a complete and excellent job. I was impressed both by the quality of his work and the speed with which he accomplished it. He actually did 3 different jobs for me, including installing an awning, repairing a pool and installing a new liner, and replacing 75 feet of discharge pipeline. He can do anything! I would highly recommend hiring him."

"The two installation men were quick and professional and did an excellent job!"

"Fabian (the electrician) was an absolute professional. I let him know what I needed and he provided me with several options on how to get the task completed within code. He provided me with a specific timetable, which was great for me because it allowed me to work around my work schedule. Once the job was finished, it was as if he was never there. Everything was cleaned up and put back the way it was when he initially arrived. Highly, highly recommended!!!"
