Regardless, that didn’t give me a bad impression of the company as a whole. Chad, the service technician, was awesome. Once installed, he made sure that the water was flowing normally from every faucet. He then informed me of everything he did during the install. We had our water working in under an hour (on a Saturday evening!) and he charged a very fair price given the demands upon his time. He left our house at 5pm, his phone blowing up from other customers. I asked if he was going to have an end to the day soon, but he said he still had hours to go...he had promised other worried homeowners that he would help them today.
