"Joe was amazing! He was friendly, professional, and completely prepared for all possibilities! Initially I had needed help with frozen valves in my bathroom, a sink and faucet installation, and a new garbage disposal installation. I had purchased a countertop with an integrated sink from a home improvement store. When we opened the undamaged box, we discovered that the counter was broken! I was really unhappy and I thought the project was derailed, but Joe was incredibly kind and went to the store with me to make sure that I was able to get it sorted out. "John arrived a bit earlier than scheduled, assessed the situation with the leak we had and determined it was the faucet itself that needed to be replaced. The old kitchen faucet was corroded and after a few minutes of trying to remove it, he simply cut it off. He installed the faucet we purchased and we're very happy now.
