"Patrick came the same day we called him, worked hard to open up our clogged sewer and when snaking didn't fix it explained our options in a clear and professional manner. He and his crew were punctual, cleaned up after themselves and did good work. We enjoyed working with Patrick and feel we got a good deal considering everything that needed to be done. When it became clear that we had a serious problem, he quoted us one price for the digging and new clean-out installation and didn't charge us for the initial snake and scope services. He also got the inspector to recommend fixing the sewer under the street, and that was accomplished in a timely manner since a new water main had just been installed on our street and the paving hadn't been completed. We can now feel confident our AirBnB guests will no longer have any plumbing issues!"

I had a major sewer line repair that needed to be done, I was in the process of selling my house and Drains Inc was able to accommodate me on a tight schedule. "It was 10am during the week between Christmas and New Years day. My main water valve inside the house was stuck in the off position so I had no water for toilets, sinks.... Chris from the company made it out to my house in advance of the Noon appointment and worked with the village (the village has to turn on\off the water from outside to my house) to get the repair completed within 2.5 hours, which was amazing. The price charged I thought was very fair given that I needed emergency service during the holiday season when availability of service is constrained. While other companies were charging $2500-$3000 (a $700 water heater and an hour or two of work) , Mike offered me a very fair quote and saved me a ton of money AND time. Mike was friendly and to the point with the repair. He had an apprentice Eli with him, who was very kind & playful with my toddler.
