I Had them replace three shutoff valves under the sink which were frozen and had small leaks. "There seemed to be a disconnect between Home Advisor and Regional Plumbing. The technician did not know about Home Advisor or that Home Advisor had referred them nor did he agree with the cost for the service. The charge was more than double what Home Advisor had quoted. Then when the work was finished he told me I had a leak requiring another service call (he didn't have the parts on the truck) for another $200. I was able to get the second repair for free from the warranty we have on our washer but here has been no apparent leak while waiting for Sears to come. This has left me with doubts about Regional."
