A contract is drawn up between the customer and Storie Construction, based on the guidelines of the Attorney General's Office, which includes a job description, materials, beginning and ending dates of the job, and signatures of both customer and Storie Construction. If the end date of the project needs to be altered due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, or material delays, a revised contract will be signed by both parties reflecting this change.

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. They helped us with the financing and it was very easy. Their had to be some repair work done on our roof in one place before they could put the new roof on. The clean up was done after the job was done. It took two days to do the job. We would recommend Erie to our friends and family. "
