"Stephen, first came to clean my gutters and then I asked him what, if anything, could be done to fix the gutters to prevent the clogging from happening in the future. He suggested some repitching of the gutters, a few leak repairs and the installation of shur Flo gutter guards. I asked about a few other items that had been suggested to me over the years by other contractors and instead of simply trying to upsell me on something that didn't make sense, he saved me a ton of money through honestly going through the options and explaining the most effective solution for my situation. We had two full bathrooms completely re-done as well as new kitchen counter tops and laminate flooring installed. Emily LaRose, the designer, is the consummate professional designer. She has a firm grasp of design concepts and gave us functional and beautiful designs. She is a skillful communicator, equally strong at explaining choices and listening to and addressing our concerns or preferences. Emily kept the projects on track and made herself available for our questions. Our initial choice for laminate flooring for the kitchen was discontinued by the manufacturer. Emily immediately contacted us, and we met. She presented other recommended choices that would work with our counter top choice and existing cabinetry. We ended up with beautiful flooring and an on-schedule installation. Emily visited our home throughout the projects and always answered our phone calls and emails promptly. She was extremely helpful and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Further, all the other Kitchen and Bath World staff we met were very helpful, and we felt completely comfortable having them in our home.
