"Hired Joshua Tree originally in 2019 for a new lawn install. Our yard is small but the dirt was very compacted due to it being new construction so we knew we needed an aeration and seeding to get it started. After a few weather related hiccups that washed the seed away, they actually came back twice over the course of 6 months to touch up/redo areas that were bare. Every single crew member is helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive to all of our questions, concerns, and requests, on the phone and in person. Their treatment reports come instantly via email and are very detailed and thorough. The website is easy to navigate and has a portal to submit questions and requests that get answered promptly. We had such a great experience that we've now hired and prepaid for them to do 2 seasons of lawn treatments and we will continue to do so. The proof is in the pudding; our lawn looks amazing, and we know this because our Ring camera picks up people walking down the street and we can hear them say so. We've been homeowners at different properties for almost 20 years and have used many other lawn companies and Joshua Tree is hands down, the best in the business. "I think it was okay. I kind of felt like he was a little expensive. I've had arborists many times and I didn't think I was asking for very much. It was a $200 service and I wound up paying a total of about $498 and there wasn't very much trimmed. It's disappointing. You kind of feel like, "Well did he just like double up the price to make up the difference?" I have had tons of arbory work done. I've had scads of trees removed out of my backyard. I've had whole trees removed. I've had stumps ground and trees trimmed repeatedly in the front of my yard. I won't have him back. He was nice but I won't have him back. He came out very fast. He was out the next week to do the trimming."
