I ran a large mechanical contracting business for years so understand this business. Guy ran through his checks on what is a fairly complex home system. He pointed out problems that were minor, major, or had the potential to be major. We discussed options and timing. Since our system is old, it will be difficult to repair some of the parts and pieces while others would be fairly standard. We may want to look at a new system this summer to avoid a major problem during a future heating season. I will definitely be talking to Sila."

I've had several HVAC companies come to diagnose and all of them told me different things: replace the whole system, new lines, etc. potentially costing tens of thousands of dollars.
