His professional approach on “what is reasonable and customary” when starting a project of this scale made us both feel at ease. He provided many different options for repair, replacement and kept it all within our stated budget. Choosing the paint colors was the only thing he said was, a personal preference and mentioned that Sherwin Williams is the best choice for exterior paint, and they have any colors that meet your expectations. "Accent Roofing is an absolute professional operation. They replaced my roof that was replaced in 2008 by your typical storm chasing roofing companies. From start to finish they did exactly what they said they were going to do once I decide to use them for my new roof. The roofing system they use is second to none as well as their team of professionals that did the removal of the old roof and the installation of the new roof. From start to finish they had representatives on the ground and on the roof constantly keeping me updated as to the process, any damaged or rotted decking to the completion of the new roof and ensuring the roof system was being installed to the manufactures specifications. "We recently had our entire roof system replaced by PGRS and we highly recommend them! There are literally dozens of roofing companies locally, and I met with a number of them, but PGRS was by far more professional, reliable and customer service oriented than any other!! From the initial introduction of our project manager, Jason Loyd, to the first interview/ quote and finally the completion, PGRS stood out among all of the other companies. Jason was the reason we decided to go with PGRS as he was on-time, extremely knowledgeable, professional and candid about the process and his recommendations. He did not rush the first meeting and took the time to address all my concerns and questions. He was able to answer every question I had and provide realistic/ accurate timelines for our project. Since our roof damage was due to weather, we were working with our insurance company through the process, which Jason made himself available to support whenever we requested. A few small issues did arise, as does with any project, but Jason and Edward were very quick to respond, plan and correct anything we were not happy with. "Working with O Brien Construction was a real pleasure! We wish we could have worked with him when we had to put a roof on our first house. Competent, informative and honorable to work with. He did not try to hard sell us. Our insurance was inclined to deny our claim because it looked like some of the damage was intentional from the previous owner, but Mr. O Brien persevered, and our claim was approved. Our roof went on as scheduled. Putting on a new roof is a messy job and we were very pleased with the measures that were taken to contain the debris as much as possible and with clean-up afterward. An inspection team even came back to review the roof since it was finished just after dark and they wanted to inspect it during daylight hours. I would highly recommend O Brien Construction to anyone needing a roof. It was a pleasure to do business with someone who clearly operated with high values."
